Job Description: We're looking for a versatile digital advertising designer with strong motion design experience. You will partner with the marketing team to create compelling on-screen campaigns and visual assets to promote some of our top health and wellness partners (gyms, etc.). The ideal candidate will have a proven portfolio showcasing effective design solutions for business needs, particularly in digital marketing and advertising. This role requires a balance of creativity and execution, from developing initial creative concepts to executing them to deliver high‑quality designs.
Responsibilities
Concept, design, and deliver motion and static creative assets across a range of formats, including short (15‑30 second) video, static and carousel ad images, and social content
Present creative, contribute ideas, and gather feedback
Develop campaign assets that align with the program’s marketing goals and perform well in commercial environments
Ensure brand consistency across multiple brands and formats
Tools
Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Microsoft 365 Suite
Creative & Conceptual
Concept development and creative ideation
Storyboarding and visual storytelling
Designing for multiple brands
Interpreting client goals and translating them into effective design solutions
Design Execution
Graphic design for digital signage, social, email, and presentations
Motion design and animation
Video editing and audio editing
Creating scalable design systems and templates
Interpreting feedback and iterating quickly
Presenting and communicating design ideas clearly to both internal teams and clients
