Cintas
Cintas is seeking a Sales Representative to focus on new business‑to‑business account development in our Uniform Division. You will prospect, cold‑call, set appointments, present programs and meet a sales quota while transporting product samples. The role includes a comprehensive 13‑week sales training program that covers product knowledge, mentorship, sales processes and business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
Develop and qualify leads within the territory through cold‑calling and lead generation campaigns.
Gather and utilize business intelligence on prospects to support sales calls and presentations.
Maintain solid base salary, commission potential, and performance bonuses.
Use company‑provided car package (lease, gas, insurance, maintenance allowance).
Receive a tablet and AirCard for sales support.
Attend annual recognition events.
Skills & Qualifications Required
Valid driver’s license.
High school diploma or GED.
Preferred
Bachelor’s degree.
1+ year of sales experience, preferably similar role.
Experience in new business‑to‑business (B2B) sales.
Hunter sales mentality – goal driven and self‑motivated.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and contact management systems.
