New Home Sales Advisor
to join one of our clients on a
12-month fixed-term contract
in
Herefordshire .
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident, customer-focused sales professional to work on a residential development, supporting buyers through the full new-home sales journey.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and engage prospective buyers on site
Manage enquiries and follow up leads effectively
Conduct property viewings and promote available homes
Guide customers through the reservation and sales process
Maintain accurate records and sales documentation
Deliver an excellent level of customer service throughout
Requirements
Previous experience in
new home sales or property sales
(preferred)
Professional, well-presented, and approachable
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to work weekends as required
Self-motivated and reliable
