We’re a fast-growing YouTube media company looking for a
Short-Form Producer who loves both creative storytelling and following the trends.
This role owns short-form content end-to-end — from idea to edit to posting to optimization.
You’ll be responsible for:
Ideating, Producing and Editing Shorts, Reels, and TikToks
Bringing deep knowledge of current trends to ideation
Testing hooks, pacing, captions, and formats to improve retention
Posting consistently and optimizing based on analytics (YouTube, TikTok, IG)
Supporting long-form releases and brand integrations with short-form promotion
We’re looking for someone who:
Has real experience creating short-form content that retains viewers
Is fluent in Premiere (After Effects & Photoshop are a bonus)
Understands retention curves, watch time, and repeatable formats
Can manage their own workflow and thrive in a creator-driven environment
Practices strong communication skills and is skilled in turning notes into content
Has experience managing posting tools or content calendars.
