The Graphic Designer will be part of a dynamic Memphis-based graphics team producing the company’s catalogs, sales and marketing materials, and facilitating the growth of customer development by meeting the graphic arts needs of the company. This person will be responsible for translating the company’s vision into best-in-class sales and marketing materials in a fast-paced, tight-timeline environment. Must be able to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with other designers, department manager, & the different departments including: Product Development, Merchandise Planning, Sales, Marketing, and eCommerce te Primary Responsibilities

ties:Design, layout, and production of sales and marketing cat alogsPhoto retouching, image editing, and asset manag ementDesigning and producing other marketing needs: ad slicks, flyers, postcards, sales sheets, email marketing graphics, web banners, POS materials, online advertisements, internal communications, newsletters, presentations, etc.Providing quality control, reviews, proofreading, and editing of the catalogs and other marketing mate rialsGraphic and Photo editing support for the eCommerce and social media departm ents.Updating and organizing graphics files, as well as maintaining brand consis tencySupport Key Account & Custom Product Development team by meeting graphic art needs of the Sales team to include: application of licensed art, iterative designs, product moc k-upsOther duties as ass Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Required: Ed ucation:Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design or related degree from an accredited uni versity. Ex perience:2 -3 years in a fast-paced, deadline-driven en nt. Skills:Highly organized with exemplary attentio n to detail.Proficient in latest Adobe applications: Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator & Premier (others are a plus).Steady appreciation of layout and typography principles.Ability to quickly grasp marketing objectives for assign ed projects.Maintain brand consistency for all assign ed projects.Ability to work on several jobs at one time while meeting all milestones an d deadlines.Solid understanding of pre-press/print production principles.Review graphics, layouts, and fonts before products a re complete.Team-oriented professional work style.Proficient in latest Microsoft applications: Excel, Word, PowerPoint (others are a plus).Proficiency in a Mac OS environment.Ability to learn new technol ogy quickly.Project & Asset management software experienc e is a plus.Strong communication skills, both oral and written, and strong interpers onal skills.Communicate status of projects to teammates, peers, a nd managers.Ability to travel domestically 2 to 4 weeks per year for January and J uly Markets.Positi work ethic.Problem-solving and critical thin
