Role Overview We’re looking for a dynamic, self-driven Marketing Manager to help shape the next chapter of our brand. In this hands‑on role, you’ll elevate our brand presence, drive engagement, and fuel the continued growth of our core marketing and customer engagement channels. You’ll manage all marketing communications, strengthen our digital and social media footprint, and optimize our online sales performance to deliver meaningful, measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns supporting wine releases, events, and seasonal initiatives

Lead all social media efforts, including strategy, content planning, scheduling, posting, engagement, and community management

Manage customer marketing and email communications, using segmentation and behavioral insights to deliver tailored, high‑impact messages throughout the customer lifecycle

Create content across channels, including written, visual, photo, and video assets

Enhance the online customer journey to increase conversions, repeat purchases, and overall digital sales

Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to refine strategy and improve results

Collaborate with the Estate, Wine Club, and Tasting Room teams to support onsite initiatives and create meaningful guest experiences

Qualifications & Skills

3–5 years of marketing experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), luxury, hospitality, or the wine industry

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Proven digital marketing skills, including social media and email marketing

Hands‑on experience with email platforms, CRM systems, and customer data management (Klaviyo, RedChirp, Commerce7 preferred)

Excellent copywriting and verbal communication skills

Content creation skills, including photography and videography

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Data‑driven mindset with experience optimizing marketing strategies

Salary range: $80,000–$95,000 DOE
