Responsibilities
Support sales activities by preparing proposals, coordinating pricing, and managing customer communication.
Assist in maintaining and strengthening client relationships while identifying potential growth opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate handoffs and smooth project execution.
Maintain organized records of client data, contracts, and sales materials.
Track active projects and provide updates and reports to senior management.
Participate in client meetings and presentations.
Manage accounts or initiatives independently to support broader sales objectives.
Ability to travel 1–2 times per month as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of logistics industry experience in solution‑based sales, with a proven track record of driving B2B and mid‑market growth.
Strong negotiation and analytical skills with a proactive, data‑driven approach.
Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to communicate complex logistics solutions clearly and persuasively.
Highly skilled in problem‑solving, strategic analysis, and customer engagement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools preferred.
Bilingual in Chinese and English (conversational level or higher) is required.
Korean language ability is a strong plus.
The base salary range for this role is between $80,000‑$140,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
