We’re looking for an energetic, self-motivated Sales & Business Development Rep to join our Wichita team—serving both residential and commercial storefront clients.
What You’ll Do:
Prospect and close new business through door-to-door visits, calls, and networking
Walk into 40–50 businesses per day, plus residential canvassing near job sites
Use proven scripts and your own personality to pitch, quote, and close new accounts
Organize your pipeline in our CRM (training provided)
Represent the Squeegee Squad brand with professionalism and energy
What We Offer:
$18/hr base pay
(review after 90 days)
Uncapped commission & bonuses —earn more as you sell more!
First-year earnings: $45,000–$55,000+ typical; top reps earn $60,000+
Full training, company uniform, business cards, and tech tools
Supportive team, regular coaching, and real career growth opportunities
What It Takes:
Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable with rejection
Organized, reliable, and hungry to learn
Willing to wear a uniform and represent our brand with pride
Able to work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with reliable transportation
Tech-savvy (smartphone, basic apps)
At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US
Bonus points if you have:
Sales, canvassing, or customer service experience
CRM or sales software experience
A desire to build a career in sales or management
