The Role: As Chief of Staff to the CRO, you’ll act as a true execution partner and force multiplier — bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to a rapidly scaling GTM organisation. Sitting at the centre of Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success, you’ll ensure priorities move forward, KPIs are visible, and cross-functional initiatives land with impact.
This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to executive leadership and ownership of critical, revenue-driving initiatives during a key growth phase.
What You’ll Do
Build and run the GTM operating cadence (forecasts, pipeline reviews, QBRs, leadership syncs).
Create structure, workflows, and accountability across Sales, Marketing, CS, and RevOps.
Own GTM KPIs, dashboards, and performance narratives for exec and board audiences.
Lead quarterly GTM OKRs and ensure execution stays on track.
Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Finance, and Ops.
Partner directly with the CRO on high-impact strategic projects (territory design, GTM motions, launches, pricing, competitive analysis).
What We’re Looking For
3–6 years’ experience as a Chief of Staff
(or similar) in high-growth
B2B SaaS .
Strong GTM operator with a data-driven mindset and exceptional execution skills.
Comfortable operating at exec level while driving day-to-day progress.
Thrives in fast-paced, in-person environments and takes real ownership.
