Scope of Role
The Channel Marketing Coordinator plays a dynamic and pivotal role in the Tait Americas channel marketing operations through dealer engagement and correspondence, dealer event support, Market Development Funds (MDF) management, and maintaining other key channel marketing functions and communications. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail‑oriented, highly personable, and thrive in an outward‑facing role. They should be naturally outgoing and confident in delivering engaging, high‑energy interactions with dealers across all communications and at dealer‑related events. They should also possess strong organizational skills, be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and provide efficient support to ensure the success of channel marketing initiatives.
This role reports to the Marketing Manager - Tait Americas.
Functional Outcomes
Self‑driven, outgoing, and able to build strong, enthusiastic relationships while collaborating with cross‑departmental teams and dealer partners.
Provide systematic support to the Channel Marketing Team, including but not limited to:
Respond to dealer inquiries, proactively engage with dealers, and conduct follow‑up actions to resolve dealer issues while maintaining a positive and energetic communication style.
Process Market Development Funds (MDF) claims, as well as managing MDF pre‑approval requests and troubleshooting MDF issues.
Coordinate with the global marketing team to maintain the dealer portal, providing troubleshooting support and processing password changes, as well as processing portal user requests and managing email lists.
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date databases of partner and marketing information.
Work with the Channel Marketing Specialist to plan and execute the annual dealer summit. Duties include but are not limited to general event planning and accommodation support, as well as managing attendee lists and hotel arrangements, while contributing to a welcoming and engaging dealer experience.
Manage new product demo kit logistics, including communications around demo kit shipments.
Communicate and collaborate confidently with personnel from various departments and consistently deliver engaging, dealer‑focused interactions.
Specific Expertise
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred
Technology marketing or general marketing experience preferred
Proactive, detail‑oriented, and strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
