Commercial Real Estate Team Leader
to help grow and develop our Providence, RI office located in the
Providence Financial District . This role is designed for a
licensed commercial real estate professional
who enjoys leading, mentoring, and building a team while remaining closely connected to production and deal flow. We are a
boutique commercial real estate firm
that facilitates all types of commercial transactions, including leasing, sales, investment, and owner‑user deals. This is not a corporate manager role or a startup environment. Our firm has built a strong reputation
since 1992 , and our focus is developing commercial agents the right way—through leadership, structure, and real market execution. As a Commercial Team Leader, you will help attract, coach, and support commercial agents, guide business development strategy, and foster a high-performance, relationship-driven culture. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, leading by example, and earning from the growth and success of their team. This position
requires an active real estate license
and is intended for experienced commercial professionals ready to step into leadership within a respected, established platform. We welcome a

Grow the brokerage office by recruiting new realtors that will make excellent team members Ensure the brokerage and agents are adhering to all company policies and procedures and abiding by all state and national Fair Housing and real‑estate law Oversee all operational responsibilities of the brokerage including the company’s MLS listings and all real estate transactions Work with the leadership team on retention programs to ensure that our top real estate sales agents remain with our brokerage Help real estate agents with marketing materials and support the brokerage with creative online and social media promotion to increase sales Qualifications
Superb customer service and communication skills Expertise in the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real‑estate laws to ensure compliance for our brokerage Over 3 years as an actively practicing licensed real estate agent Must have a managing broker’s license Proven ability to manage and lead a team of successful real estate agents Compensation
