About the Role We’re looking for a Product Designer to help bring early‑stage product ideas and new initiatives to life. This role sits at the intersection of brand, product, and marketing, with a focus on defining the first visual expression of new ideas—from landing pages and launch moments to early product visuals.
You’ll work closely with a small, fast‑moving team to shape how new projects look, feel, and communicate value from day one. This is a hands‑on role for a designer with strong visual taste, comfort with ambiguity, and excitement about building the first version of things.
What You’ll Do
Help define the
visual direction for new initiatives and early‑stage projects , including brand identity, look & feel, and storytelling.
Design
early landing pages, launch assets, and marketing surfaces
to support new ideas as they come to market.
Own
end‑to‑end visual design projects , from early concepts through polished execution and launch.
Collaborate closely with design, product, engineering, marketing, and leadership partners to turn loose ideas into clear, compelling visuals.
Contribute visual design and polish to
product experiences
as projects evolve.
Maintain a high bar for craft, detail, and clarity across everything you ship.
Experiment with and incorporate
AI and emerging tools
to improve ideation, iteration speed, and production quality.
Balance creative exploration with practical execution in a fast‑moving environment.
What we’re looking for
3+ years of professional design experience, with the ability to independently own visual design projects.
A strong portfolio demonstrating:
Visual design excellence across brand, product, or marketing work
Thoughtful storytelling and range
High‑quality execution and attention to detail
Strong foundation in typography, layout, color, and composition.
Experience designing for digital surfaces such as web or product interfaces.
Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g. Figma).
Ability to context switch working across multiple 0‑1 brands simultaneously.
Interest in experimenting with
AI tools
to enhance your design process (prior experience is a plus, but not required).
Nice to Have
Experience working on early‑stage products or new initiatives.
Startup or fast‑paced team experience.
Motion, illustration, or 3D skills.
Familiarity with or curiosity about web3 products and ecosystems.
Experience collaborating on product UI or product‑adjacent design work.
Example Projects You’ll Own
Defining the visual direction for a new initiative or early‑stage product.
Designing and shipping a first‑pass landing page for a new launch.
Visual exploration and concepting for new ideas before they’re fully formed.
Supporting visual design and polish for early product experiences as needed.
