Regional Sales Manager

to join us. The purpose of this role is to launch the MR/CT portfolio and successfully grow Fujifilm HealthCare's business by implementing the sales strategy. This is a field based position in Germany and we are looking for someone who is located in the South of Germany (Baden-Württemberg / Bavaria) The job holder will visit current and prospective customers to showcase the company's product portfolio and services, aiming to achieve successful sales and meet budget targets. They will manage customer inquiries based on the customer segment, handling solo acquisitions or collaborating with sales teams from other units in a matrix structure. Key Responsibilities: Development of sales strategies and their implementation in target-oriented activities in the field of MR/CT Preparation and drafting of offers and sales contracts, carrying out reference visits and customer demonstrations Selection, co-planning and implementation of trade fairs, workshops and other marketing events Active support and cooperation together with colleagues of other business units (veterinary, XR modalities) Required Skills & Experiences: Completed University, commercial or technical training Independent and structured way of working, coupled with a strong customer focus and strong closing skills Qualified knowledge of the German healthcare market and its decision-making structures Very good team player with the ability to assert yourself MS Office skills and CRM system experience Mobility - ability and willingness to travel Business fluent in German language, English language skills also required Proven track record in successful sales of innovative medical devices, specifically in the sale of MR and CT We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome all applicants for employment without attention to race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability status.
