Responsibilities
Take a lead in proactively engaging existing customers and prospects through needs‑based assessments to grow loyalty.
Engage customers to identify financial solutions and preferred banking channels, recommending tailored options for everyday banking, retail investments, lending, home financing, and small business solutions.
Provide advice on digital and self‑serve options to make banking easy, simple, and fast.
Support customer transaction needs based on traffic.
Generate appointments and build new relationships within the community.
Maintain risk management framework compliance, accurate data entry, and lending application recommendations.
Make credit recommendations for personal lending in accordance with bank policies.
Collaborate with branch and market teams to improve the customer experience.
Apply risk and compliance processes to protect customer assets.
Stay current on financial services, legal, and regulatory environments.
Identify and report suspicious activity related to money laundering.
Perform complex tasks within defined rules and handle escalations as needed.
Qualifications
2-3 of relevant experience and a post‑secondary degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Appropriate lending qualifications and designations.
Working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions.
Experience in retail investments and lending products.
Consultative customer service or sales experience with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
Confident in using social media, tablets, smartphones, and online tools.
Salary Paid range: $45,900.00 - $75,900.00. Salaried.
