As a Sr. Solutions Consultant Manager, you will partner with prospective and existing customers—from startups to large enterprises—across a wide range of industries. You will define and demonstrate how Celtra’s Creative Enablement (CE) products solve enterprise-scale creative production and ad serving challenges across the digital advertising ecosystem.
In this role, you will enable new customers by ensuring the solutions they purchase align with their business and technical expectations. As a strategic partner to Sales and Customer Success, you will also play a key role in bringing customer insights back into the organization to influence product strategy, features, and processes.
You will act as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders, translating Celtra’s capabilities into clear, compelling solutions that resonate with customer needs. Strong communication skills and deep technical knowledge of digital advertising are critical to success in this role.
Responsibilities
Maintain deep expertise in Celtra’s products and value proposition for ad networks, publishers, platforms, and other digital advertising players
Support all qualified sales opportunities, leading solution definition and proof-of-value stages of the solutions sales process
Conduct discovery to understand current and future customer architectures, workflows, and business and technical challenges
Design and deliver customized product demonstrations for net-new sales and account expansion opportunities
Provide structured feedback to internal teams on customer needs, market trends, and gaps in capabilities
Proactively identify opportunities to expand or improve product offerings, and surface risks that may impact customer expectations or delivery
Lead early onboarding and implementation phases for new customers, ensuring a smooth handoff to Customer Success
Qualifications
5–8 years of experience delivering customized presentations and demonstrations that prove business value to stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
5–8 years of client-facing experience translating customer challenges into compelling product messaging that drives sales outcomes and adoption
Experience project managing software implementations and customer training in partnership with post-sales teams
Proven experience supporting a B2B sales organization in a pre-sales or solutions role, consistently contributing to revenue targets
Experience leading customer workshops and facilitating discussions around business and technical requirementsAbility to manage multiple concurrent opportunities and deliver consistently on time
Proactive, independent, and results-oriented contributor with an entrepreneurial mindset
Strong communicator and creative problem-solver who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments
Highly organized with strong planning and project management skills; able to influence and collaborate across distributed teams
Confident, charismatic, and comfortable taking initiative amid changing requirements
Deep understanding of—and passion for—the advertising technology and digital marketing ecosystem

Base Salary Range: $90,000 - $115,000 - dependent on seniority and applicable experience
