About the Role We’re hiring immediately for an
Event Sales Representative
who will interact directly with homeowners at community events, festivals, and home shows across the area. Your goal is to generate leads and appointments for our sales team while representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
This entry‑level, part‑time position offers paid training and a chance to build valuable sales skills in negotiation, strategic planning, and closing techniques. It’s a great opportunity to explore your creative side of communication while having fun with the 3rd largest home remodeling company in the country.
Core Responsibilities
Communicate enthusiastically with a customer audience to generate complimentary in‑home appointments for homeowners.
Create on‑site event buzz and promote brand knowledge by following prescribed Window Nation procedures and messaging.
Use qualifying sheets and scripts to resolve customer questions and concerns.
Adjust on‑site event marketing and sales tactics according to current KPI targets and results as needed.
Daily set‑up, maintenance, operation, and presentation of on‑site event marketing programs to ensure maximum exposure of the Window Nation brand.
Stand for long periods of time during events (up to 8 hours) and work a schedule consisting of weekdays and weekends.
Travel to various event locations with reliable transportation and set up branded booths or displays.
Typical Event Day Overview
Travel to events such as home shows, community festivals, craft shows, and local events with high foot traffic.
Set up branded booths or displays, including signage, promotional materials, and product samples.
Stand for up to 8 hours during events and actively engage attendees or shoppers.
Gather customer information, answer questions, and qualify leads for follow‑up by the sales team.
Represent the brand with a professional, friendly demeanor and ensure positive brand representation.
Location We’re hiring across the Orlando metroregion, including Winter Haven, Kissimmee, and the surrounding Orange County, FL.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time (up to 6 hours during events).
Experience in sales, hospitality, retail, food service, education, or service is welcome, especially if it involved strong communication, adaptability, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred: 1+ year experience in sales, lead generation, or a similar role; fluency in a second language is an asset.
Additional Job Requirements
Availability to work evenings and weekends; minimum of two weekends per month.
Reliable transportation for travel to event locations.
Approx 10–30 hours per week, with potential for up to 8 hours per event.
