As a full‑time Verizon Retail Sales Associate, you’ll grow your career by unlocking potential and sales success in a retail store. Here’s what you can expect: Generate retail sales using passion for technology and exceptional service to expand the Verizon network. Learn and uncover customers’ needs by creating connections and asking the right questions. Position product insights and solution recommendations to provide a complete top‑down sales solution. Close sales by using phenomenal communication skills to fulfill needs with simple, intuitive tech solutions. Continuously develop yourself through ongoing training and up‑skill in merchandising and inventory operations. Potential to grow your customer base by placing outbound calls and sending text messages to current Verizon customers interested in products and services. Opportunities to engage with the community outside the store to expand loyal customers, including at off‑site Verizon‑sponsored events. We’re hiring immediately! Earn $16.00 to $21.00 per hour in base pay, plus up to $16,000 a year in commissions if you hit all goals. Top performers could earn extra $14,500+ in commissions, totaling $65,000+ to $73,500+ annually. Compensation varies by geography, hours, and performance. Benefits and Compensation
Bilingual speakers may receive an extra $3,000 annually on top of base pay and commission after passing a language assessment. Best‑in‑class medical, dental, and vision. You’ll need to have: High school diploma or GED. One or more years of relevant experience (work or military). Bilingual fluency in English and Portuguese. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedules known four weeks in advance). Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, especially during peak vacation periods. Even better if you have: Experience in a commission‑based environment. Demonstrated sales experience communicating with customers to find solutions. Customer service experience.
