Monday through Friday (Willingness to travel as business demands) Salary:
$90,000 to $110,000 plus commission bonus
Furniture dealer is looking for an experienced and dynamic Account Manager to join a passionate team dedicated to creating spaces where learning thrives. I need a relationship builder who can cultivate deep loyalty with current dealers while aggressively identifying and onboarding new ones to expand market presence. Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate and deepen relationships with current furniture dealers to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
Identify and onboard new dealers to expand market presence and align with brand goals.
Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for both new and existing dealers.
Drive sales growth by setting and achieving realistic yet aggressive sales targets.
Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to highlight unique features and benefits.
Educate dealers on product updates, new launches, and specific solutions for their needs.
Oversee a dedicated portfolio of dealer accounts, providing personalized attention and addressing needs.
Collaborate with internal customer service, logistics, and product development teams for seamless delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for resolving dealer issues and disputes professionally.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and generate leads.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years in sales or account management; experience in the furniture industry is a plus.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with CRM systems like Salesforce and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Must have a valid driver’s license and the availability to travel as needed.
Self starter with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Strong problem solving abilities with a constant focus on customer satisfaction.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Ability to work effectively as a team player while remaining capable of working autonomously.
