At Home By Hunt is growing, and we are seeking an experienced and motivated person with experience in sales to help expand our Continuing Care at Home (CCaH) program. This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys educating older adults, speaking publicly, and guiding prospects through a thoughtful, consultative sales process. The Sales Advisor is responsible for generating interest, educating prospects and community partners, and closing membership agreements for the At Home By Hunt program. This role requires a high level of organization, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust with seniors and their families. The primary office is located in Nashua, NH, with travel to prospective Members’ homes and speaking engagements throughout New Hampshire. Key Responsibilities Educate prospective Members and families about the Continuing Care at Home program through one‑on‑one meetings, home visits, and group presentations Conduct public speaking engagements, informational seminars, and community outreach events Manage the full sales cycle from initial inquiry through membership closing Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, referral sources, and community partners Accurately track leads, activities, and sales progress using our CRM system Meet or exceed established sales goals while maintaining a mission‑focused, ethical sales approach Collaborate with Care Coordination Team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new members Represent At Home By Hunt and Silverstone Living professionally within the community Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred Experience in Senior Living Sales, Insurance Sales, Healthcare Sales, or a related field strongly preferred Proven ability to manage a consultative sales process and close sales Comfortable and confident with public speaking and group presentations Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools Self‑motivated, energetic, and goal‑oriented Ability to travel frequently throughout the service area Silverstone Living is a non‑profit organization supporting Hunt Community, The Huntington at Nashua, At Home by Hunt and Webster at Rye.
