What You’ll Be Doing:
Drive Business Success:
Play a crucial role in expanding our business through successful marketing and execution of innovative transactions across derivatives, financing, and equity capital markets.
Engage with Clients:
Take the lead in marketing initiatives targeted at prospective clients and banking partners.
Create impactful pitch materials and tailored transaction proposals that resonate with clients.
Innovate and Structure:
Generate creative transaction ideas and compelling pitch proposals that set you apart.
Collaborate closely with our structuring and trading teams to design and price sophisticated equity-structured products.
Execute with Excellence:
Prepare transaction proposals and assist senior team members in delivering presentations to senior management and Risk.
Become a trusted partner in developing specific execution plans for diverse transactions and lead the onboarding process for clients.
Oversee the life cycle of transactions, ensuring seamless settlement and closure.
Build the Future:
Work with the SECM team to enhance our infrastructure for new product delivery, coordinating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
What You Bring:
Qualifications
A minimum of five years of progressive experience in finance, with at least two years focused on structuring and executing equity-linked products, derivatives, and capital raising.
Proven track record of creating high-quality presentations and compelling content tailored to structured equity products.
Strong ability to present to internal committees, key stakeholders, and clients confidently.
In-depth understanding of corporate finance, capital structure concepts, and capital markets solutions.
Familiarity with regulatory, tax, accounting, and securities law.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a knack for building and managing financial models.
Exceptional mathematical and technical skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
Possession of Series 79 and 63 licenses.

The salary range for this position will be between $200,000 - $250,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Actual base salary will vary and will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, skills set, applicable licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance.
