Overview Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a temporary Graphic Designer to help design and produce all digital and print marketing materials including but not limited to: brochures, interactive e-newsletters, tradeshow graphics, promotional giveaways, direct mailings, e‑mail campaigns, invitations, posters, signs, infographics, promo items, photo retouching, power point presentations & trade magazine ads.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain a consistent brand image for standard corporate documents, including proposals, SOQ’s, etc.

Ensuring consistent branding standards throughout the firm.

Oversee the timely production and distribution of the completed deliverables.

Responsible for directing, shooting and maintaining all photographic material used. Maintain the file catalog of the project photos for use in proposals, presentations and newsletters and brochures.

Working with other designers to coordinate brand transitions associated with acquisitions.

Assist proposal team with creative design and production services in support of client‑based deliverables.

Ability to go on location for project photography (in‑state) or help coordinate freelance photographers as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3‑5 years in the marketing environment of the Architectural/Engineering industry.

Candidates must possess strong organizational skill and interpersonal capabilities, have excellent communication creative abilities.

Ability to thrive in a team environment.

Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Photography, Outlook, Excel and Word a must.

Compensation: $69,090 to $99,960 per year (depending on qualifications)
