Responsibilities

Perform

functional QA and UAT

on 3-4 promotional email campaigns per day, validating links, language, personalization, audience segmentation criteria, and campaign setup before launch.

Review and test emails across devices and environments, ensuring proper rendering, accurate content, correct targeting, and flawless execution within the email service provider.

Partner closely with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, provide feedback on campaign readiness, and ensure emails are production‑ready and aligned with business objectives.

Skills Required

Hands‑on experience in

email marketing QA, campaign execution, or email marketing analysis , ideally supporting large, customer‑facing B2C brands with high send volumes.

Strong working knowledge of

email service providers , with

Braze

experience required, and a solid understanding of the technical backend elements that impact campaign builds and deployment.

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage

multiple concurrent campaigns

in a fast‑paced environment, with strong communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
