We’re looking for an ambitious, proactive, and sales-driven Key Account Manager to help build and scale our new Giftshop for the Danish market! This is a unique chance to join our business area in a start-up phase inside an established brand. You’ll be part of creating a new business area, winning new customers and driving our growth from day one. If you love chasing new opportunities, closing deals and being part of something that’s just getting started - then this role is for you! Boozt Giftshop makes it simple for companies to offer personalized gifts to employees through a digital and scalable platform. You will work closely with experienced colleagues and get the freedom to make decisions, take ownership and create impact quickly - all while being part of a social, fun and energetic company culture with regular events and a brand-new Copenhagen HQ packed with perks. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Win new customers - drive outreach, book meetings and build your own pipeline! Hit and exceed sales targets with a strong hunter mentality Develop tailored solutions based on each company’s gifting needs Build long-lasting relationships Run the full sales cycle - from prospecting to negotiation and closing Contribute to shaping Boozt Giftshop with ideas, feedback and initiative Collaborate with the wider Boozt teams to ensure smooth onboarding and happy customers If you thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment and enjoy the challenge of cold canvassing to close new deals, you will be a great fit! YOUR PROFILE
You excel in sales, get motivated by results and enjoy creating value for both clients and the business. You are curious, proactive, and confident picking up the phone. 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales/account management A strong drive for new business acquisition Confident communication & negotiation skills A consultative mindset and the ability to understand customer needs Independence and a positive, “let’s go” attitude Fluency in both Danish and English.
