Salary Range:

$45,000 - $55,000 per year

Description We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective communication strategies that align with our organizational goals. You will collaborate with various departments to create compelling content and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively convey organizational messages.

Write and edit press releases, articles, and promotional materials for various platforms.

Manage and enhance the organization’s presence on social media channels and digital platforms.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all departments.

Monitor, analyze, and report on media coverage and public opinion regarding the organization.

Organize and coordinate events, workshops, and training sessions to promote effective communication.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing roles.

Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.

Strong analytical skills and experience in measuring communication effectiveness.
