## Full Time Floral Designer**Full Time Openings Available.**We are seeking talented and energetic individuals to be part of our floral design team in Charlotte. If you have prior design experience, please apply! Must be able to work Saturdays.What you will be doing:- Design, cut, prepare and arrange flowers for a variety of orders
- Solid knowledge of blooms and fillers, processing flowers, design, arrangement, and pricing.
- Excellent customer service & communication skills - interact with customers, identifying their needs and developing customer orders
- Setting up and breaking down at events
- Daily shop work including moving full buckets and cases of glass vasesSuccess as a designer is based on:- Thriving in a fast paced environment;
- Flexibility as floral orders and holiday needs change;
- Working well as part of a team, having a good sense of humor & being friendly
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time and lift up to 35 lbs
