$30 – $35/HR.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Leadership & Crew Management

– supervise crews, assign tasks, mentor & train, conduct toolbox talks, enforce job-site discipline. Project Execution

– perform roof installation, repairs, tear-offs, flashing, underlayment, shingle work, final inspections; read blueprints, interpret job scopes, ensure code compliance, resolve site issues. Logistics & Coordination

– schedule daily activities, coordinate material delivery and equipment, track progress and crew hours, inventory tools. Safety & Compliance

– enforce OSHA and company safety protocols, use PPE and fall protection, complete incident reports, promote safety culture. Quality Control

– inspect work for defects, verify warranty and manufacturer specifications, maintain clean and secure job sites. Qualifications

Education & Certifications

– High School Diploma or GED equivalent; valid driver’s license. Experience

– 3+ years roofing (shingle systems preferred), 1+ year in a leadership or foreman role. Skills & Abilities

– read blueprints, strong communication, coordination, fast‑paced, OSHA 10 required (30 preferred), field‑based, comfortable working at heights. Physical Demands

Use hands to handle tools (small objects). Stand, walk, run, climb ladders and poles, kneel, stoop, bend, twist. Move two or more limbs together, maintain balance, lift 50+ pounds. Travel Requirements

Travel for business purposes (excluding commute) with valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to various sites. EEO & Background Check
