What you’ll be taking on: Identify, research, and qualify new outbound leads and execute multi‑channel outreach (cold calling, email, social networking, etc.) Build and manage a strong, high-quality sales pipeline using sales tools Converting qualifying leads to active sales opportunities Develop a territory plan with AE and CSM based on account tier scoring to drive the highest ARR Proactively update activity metrics, meetings, market trends, and pipeline on a weekly basis Identify gaps between prospecting inputs and outputs
Who are you: With 1-2 years of experience in Sales Development Demonstrated success in driving outbound prospecting strategy and process to executives and decision-makers to achieve pipeline goals excellent writing and verbal communication skills, with a focus on messaging and the ability to tailor your communication to your potential clients Eager, independent, and driven to take initiative in a fast-paced environment Detail‑oriented, organized, especially when it comes to managing tasks and data Experienced with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Navigator
