Job Overview As a Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and preferences. You will guide clients through the buying process, ensure a positive experience, and build lasting relationships to encourage repeat business.
Responsibilities
Greet customers and identify their needs in selecting a vehicle.
Provide detailed information on available vehicles, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Assist customers with test drives and answer any questions they may have.
Negotiate pricing and trade-in values to close sales deals.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up calls and emails.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Process all sales paperwork accurately and in compliance with company policies.
Stay informed about new inventory, promotions, and the latest industry trends.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Qualifications
Previous experience in vehicle sales or a related sales field is not required.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
Self-driven, motivated, and target-oriented.
A passion for vehicles and helping customers find the right solution.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
