*Marsh Creek Concrete Inc.*, founded in 2002, is a high energy, fast paced commercial concrete contracting company located in Gretna, NE. MCCI seeks a full-time, experienced Concrete Superintendent to work in our Structures Division.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in cast-in-place concrete foundation and wall construction. The right candidate will have experience supervising crews on multiple forming systems and varying degrees of finish. Experience in multiple types of CIP structures will be ideal. *Compensation is based on direct experience to be determined through discussion.*
*RESPONSIBILITIES*
-All onsite construction
-Project set-up
-Ensuring a safe workplace complying with OSHA
-Communicating with the customer
-Resolving day-to-day situations
-Directing a crew according to plans, specs and schedules
-Providing required project documentation such as Time Clock, JHA, Daily reports
-Overseeing the project equipment operation, condition and utilization
*EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS* - Able to do layout and grade checks - Familiar with safe vertical construction methods - Experienced in building, erecting and/or stripping forms - Experience with wall reinforcing steel - Working knowledge and understanding of project plans and specifications
- Working knowledge of concrete properties - Maintain an organized and well-kept job site - Strong Organizational Skills - Strong managerial skills with ability to resolve conflict - Must be able to prioritize tasks according to schedules and deadlines - Good Communication skills and able to work with a team
This position requires the ability to operate company vehicles and heavy machinery. A valid driver’s license is required.
