Job Title: Communications & Marketing Coordinator Schedule: Full-Time, Mon–Fri (40 hrs/week) Compensation: $26/hr+ Contract: 6 months with strong potential for extension or permanent hire Key Responsibilities: Develop internal/external communications aligned with brand messaging Create content for email, intranet, website, and social media Maintain/update web content Design branded materials (presentations, infographics, etc.) Support event communications and logistics Ensure brand consistency across visual assets Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on marketing materials Support employee engagement programs Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in communications, marketing, or related field Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite Strong writing, design, and multitasking skills Preferred: Experience in digital/web writing, event planning, or project coordination Familiarity with SAP (not required) Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills Why Apply?
