Developmental Specialist Location: Revere Full-Time Empower adults. Support independence. Make a difference. Join May Institute’s Adult Services team, where you’ll support individuals with developmental disabilities through skill-building, daily care, and community integration—all in a respectful, person-centered environment.
What You’ll Do
Support daily activities, personal care, and behavior plans
Teach life skills using evidence-based methods
Collect data to track progress and inform support
Foster individual choice, dignity, and participation
Ensure safety in the program and during community outings
Provide transportation as needed \ What You Bring
High school diploma or GED required
Experience with developmental disabilities preferred
Valid driver’s license (2+ years of experience preferred)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to complete Safety Care, CPR/First Aid, and other trainings
