We are excited to announce a vacancy for a Business Development Manager, working Monday-Friday, 8am – 5pm, with flexible hours. The role involves establishing new partnerships and strengthening relationships within the insurance claims, commercial, and industrial sectors such as schools, hospitals, facility managers, industrial clients, business executives, property managers, adjusters, brokers, and risk officials. The ideal candidate will be confident in relationship management and passionate about growth.

Responsibilities include:

Retaining and expanding existing strategic accounts.

Onboarding and training clients and team members on service level agreements (SLAs).

Communicating project statuses, WIP, and JPS reports to key accounts.

Recruiting and supporting new strategic relationships.

Supporting the Relationship Development Team (RDT).

Assuming additional responsibilities based on performance and initiative.

Minimum requirements include:

High School Diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in Marketing.

Experience in marketing and customer service.

Highly organized with strong prioritization skills.

Excellent communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365.

Appropriate professional attire.

Outgoing personality.

2-year Non-Compete Agreement on file.

The role involves growing and maintaining strategic account relationships, managing budgets, participating in industry events, and supporting team collaboration. It requires traveling within a couple of hours radius, participating in emergency response when needed, and engaging in company events.

This is a full-time position with an annual review of compensation and opportunities for promotion and increased responsibility.

Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs with weight, and traversing damaged flooring.
