We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Service Sales Executive to drive sales growth in the Virginia Beach market. This high-level sales role focuses on targeting the owner-direct market, selling roofing services and preventative maintenance with a primary emphasis on commercial roofing applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, relationship building, and technical sales.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with high-level decision-makers and property owners.
Evaluate existing roofing systems and identify effective solutions for commercial clients.
Drive new business through proactive prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
Strategically grow sales within the Virginia Beach market by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, restoration or MEP service and maintenance sales.
Strong background in consultative sales and business development.
Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage long-term client relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Compensation Salary is based on experience level and includes a competitive base salary with performance-based incentives.
