The Packaging Specialistis responsible foraccurately packaging, labeling, and casing finished cannabis products in compliance with state regulations and internal quality standards. This role supports daily production goals by ensuring pre-rolls, vapes, and edible products are packaged efficiently, consistently, and ready for distribution.
Schedule
Full-Time: Monday-Thursday between the hours of 2:00 PM - 12:30 AM
Key Responsibilities
Packagepre-rolls and vape cartridges into tubesaccording to approved specifications Package gummy products into tins, ensuring correct counts, seals, and presentation Apply labels accurately and consistently, verifying compliance with state and company requirements Case finished products for storage or shipment following established procedures Perform visual inspections to ensure packaging quality and product integrity Maintain accurateproduction counts and documentation asrequired Keep packaging areas clean, organized, and audit-ready Follow all cannabis compliance, safety, and sanitation protocols Communicate issues related to packaging defects, label errors, or material shortages to leadership Support other packaging or manufacturing tasks as needed Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Prior experience in packaging, manufacturing, or regulated industriesis a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment Must meet all state requirements to work in a licensed cannabis facility
