to lead one of our flagship accounts in Washington, DC. This is a rare opportunity to make a significant impact in a high-profile environment, overseeing a vibrant food landscape that includes: 2 Cafés 2 Coffee Bars Full-Service Catering Operations As the
top executive on-site , you’ll be the driving force behind operational excellence, client satisfaction, and culinary innovation. You’ll lead a talented team of
8 salaried managers and 40 hourly employees , and be responsible for financial performance, marketing initiatives, HR strategy, and quarterly business reviews. What We’re Looking For:

M-F 6am to 4pm with some evenings and weekends as needed | This role offers a competitive relocation benefit of $20,000 for those who qualify What You\'ll Do
Strategic Leadership : Build and maintain strong client relationships, lead with vision, and execute with precision. Operational Excellence : Oversee daily operations, drive performance, and ensure exceptional food quality and presentation. Team Development : Inspire and mentor your team, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and accountability. Financial Stewardship : Manage budgets, optimize resources, and deliver results. Innovation & Impact : Champion marketing and HR initiatives, and elevate the culinary experience to “WOW” standards. What We Offer
Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. Salary offers are based on a candidate's specific criteria, like experience, skills, education, and training.
