Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customs and Border Protection Officer (CBPO). As a CBPO, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the American people by enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce Laws and Regulations:
- Prevent the introduction of prohibited or restricted goods into the United States;
- Detect smuggling activities that threaten national security;
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant U.S. laws and regulations related to imports, exports, homeland security concerns, agricultural products, trade frauds/crimes such as counterfeits/piracy/film/video piracy,
Smuggling attempts seized/seizures made/discharged merchandise entitled/entitled duties/taxes/goods invoiced.
Apply statistical sampling techniques when feasible.
