Community Manager
to lead our team and elevate the resident experience. This is a stabilized, well-maintained community located at 59th Ave & Greenway, across from Banner Thunderbird Hospital.
What You’ll Do
Oversee daily operations, leasing, renewals & resident relations
Lead and support onsite team members
Manage budgets, AP/AR, reporting & NOI goals
Maintain vendor partnerships & ensure compliance with Fair Housing
What We’re Looking For
Must have multifamily experience
as a Community Manager or Assistant Manager ready for promotion
Strong leadership, communication & customer service skills
Organized, proactive, and solutions-driven
Yardi experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
$60,000-$68,000 base salary (DOE)
