Branch Hours Monday – Friday: 9 AM – 7 PM Saturday: 9 AM – 3 PM Sunday: 9 AM – 2 PM

Rotating Weekly Schedule

Week One

– Monday: OFF; Tuesday – Friday: 8:45 AM – 7:15 PM; Saturday & Sunday: OFF

Week Two

– Monday: 8:45 AM – 7:15 PM; Tuesday & Wednesday: OFF; Thursday: 9:45 AM – 7:15 PM; Friday: 8:45 AM – 6:15 PM; Saturday: 8:45 AM – 3:15 PM; Saturday: 8:45 AM – 2:15 PM

Nature and Scope Perform transactional duties to serve members by receiving or paying out funds with high accuracy. Provide cash receipt and payment services according to credit union policies and procedures. Present and explain a basic number of credit union products and services to members. Represent the credit union in a positive and professional manner.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience with cash handling or customer service preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills and the ability to work independently and within deadlines.

Proficiency in all programs and systems used for this job.

Thorough understanding of company policies and procedures and compliance with all job‑related State and federal laws and regulations.

Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Principal Accountabilities

Provide friendly, courteous, and expedient teller and related services to members resulting in a balanced cash drawer daily.

Cross‑sell other member services.

Process mail deposits and withdrawals.

Assist in balancing the ATM if not performed by an outside source.

May train to perform open/closing duties with manager on site.

May train to verify checks for other tellers.

May train to perform overrides.

May be cross trained to help in other positions within the branch.

May be required to attend training at headquarters or an off‑site location.

Perform other duties as assigned.
