A client running customer-focused promotional campaigns is currently being represented in the search for one Customer Service & Sales Advisor to support in-person activity across Brownsville.
This role is based at organised events, pop‑up stands, and retail‑style locations where customers are engaged face to face. It suits someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and working in an environment where energy and interaction are part of the day.
About the Role The Customer Service & Sales Advisor plays a key part in delivering a positive customer experience while supporting on‑site sales activity. Some conversations focus on answering questions and providing guidance, while others involve helping customers move forward with an offer or sign‑up.
The balance between service and sales is natural — trust, clarity, and approachability are what drive results.
What You’ll Be Doing
Acting as a first point of contact for customers at on‑site campaign locations
Guiding conversations, answering questions, and helping customers feel informed
Presenting offers clearly while keeping interactions relaxed and natural
Assisting customers through sign‑ups or purchase steps when appropriate
Contributing to a positive, well‑organised event atmosphere
Supporting the wider team to keep daily activity running smoothly
Pay & Training Paid weekly. A base level of pay is provided, with commission and performance bonuses available. Most people working a full schedule earn around 650–850 per week.
Training is provided before starting, with ongoing support throughout campaigns.
