JR105934Our Country Relationship Team play a critical role in supporting over 1.3 million RAC members, ensuring help is delivered when and where it’s needed across Western Australia.Working closely with our contractor network, internal teams and frontline operations, we ensure breakdown and roadside services are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with RAC’s high standards.**What you’ll be doing**As a **Country Relationship Coordinator**, you will support the effective day-to-day coordination and performance of RAC’s country contractor network, helping to deliver reliable, high quality services to our members.* Acting as a key point of contact between contractors and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement.* Monitoring contractor performance against agreed service levels, compliance requirements and safety standards.* Supporting onboarding, engagement and ongoing relationship management of contractors.* Assisting with reporting, data analysis and insights to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities.* Ensuring contractor documentation, accreditation and compliance requirements are maintained.* Contributing to operational projects and change initiatives that enhance contractor performance and member experience.* Extensive travel is a requirement of this role to maintain strong relationships with our contractor network.**What you will bring*** Experience in operations coordination, contractor management or service delivery environments.* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.* Well developed business acumen and a proactive, future focused approach.* Sound problem solving skills and the confidence to manage operational issues.* A customer focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent outcomes.* Well developed organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.* Experience working with performance measures, reporting or compliance frameworks.* Experience in a high volume or operational environment (desirable).* Knowledge of safety, compliance or contractor governance requirements (desirable).When you join RAC, you become part of one of WA’s most trusted organisations, committed to supporting our members and giving back to the community.
