Duties
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using banking software and equipment.
Assist customers with account inquiries, transactions, and product information.
Manage cash handling responsibilities, including deposits, withdrawals, and balancing cash drawers.
Identify opportunities for upselling bank products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
Monitor transactions for potential fraud prevention and detection.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the branch.
Enjoys working as a positive, goal-oriented team-player in a professional work environment.
Qualifications
Previous cash handling experience in financial services, restaurant, or retail is preferred.
Strong cash management skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in basic math and retail math to ensure accurate transaction processing.
Excellent customer relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
Familiarity with financial sales techniques is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Previous banking experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
