We are searching for a Transaction Coordinator to support our growing real estate team. In this role, you will manage the administrative aspects of each transaction from contract to close, including preparing and coordinating escrow‑related documentation, tracking deadlines, and ensuring all required paperwork is complete and compliant. You’ll work closely with agents, clients, and vendors to keep transactions moving smoothly and provide a high level of service throughout the process. Responsibilities:
Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow‑related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans
Schedule moving times and attend all closing‑related meetings
Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly
Obtain seller’s approval for the buyer’s offers and counteroffers to ensure the transaction process goes as quickly as possible
Enter client information into the client database system and submit appropriate documentation to the office broker for file compliance and keep track of transaction activity
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess exceptional organizational, verbal, and written skills
High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience
Previous experience in transaction management, transaction coordination, real estate, titles, or mortgages highly valued
Real estate license preferred
Compensation: $52,000 - $59,000 per year
