Our Client is redefining online casino entertainment and looking for a Casino Retention Executive to help drive player engagement.
Sitting at the core of our Casino Retention team, you’ll manage day-to-day iCasino promotions, turning data and creativity into standout campaigns that build loyalty and keep players coming back.

Our client is a global casino-entertainment company operating 15 casinos across 10 states, along with a golf course, horse racetrack, and online sports betting licenses in 18 states. The company also runs leading online gaming, sports betting, and iCasino platforms. With 10,600 employees, operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games, and 3,800 hotel rooms. The company has expansion plans underway in Chicago and Las Vegas.
Responsibilites
Own the planning and execution of monthly iCasino promotional campaigns across their brands. Design promotional mechanics, structures, timelines, and cost projections. Partner with CRM, Marketing, and Social teams to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns. Tailor promotions to distinct player segments using performance data and behavioral insights. Manage promotion rules, templates, and approval workflows with Legal and Compliance. Analyze campaign performance to optimize future promotions and improve retention. Stay ahead of market and player trends to inform new promotional concepts. Take promotional ideas from concept through launch and post-campaign review. Skills
You’re comfortable juggling CRM systems and campaign management tools like a pro. CMS platforms are your playground. You know how to get things live and looking great. Task management tools like Excel, Monday.com, JIRA, and Third-Party Promotional Tools. You know them, you love them. Must Have Skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related experience in the Gaming Industry. Possess experience in creating and managing promotions. Demonstrate campaign management / CRM system experience. Have experience working with CMS tools and platforms. Have experience working with task management tools (Excel, Monday.com, JIRA, Confluence, etc.). iGaming or customer engagement experience is a plus.
