Work Hours:
40 hours/week (100% on-site work).

Qualifications Education:
High School graduate with courses in typing, office procedures, and business, English, or equivalent business or vocational school courses.
Experience:
2 years of experience in mortgage services.
Type of Work The duties include but are not limited to the following:
Review and process debt settlement packets
Perform account research and provide detailed analysis and advice to management and customers
Process charge-offs and debt cancellations
Process loss claims according to SFG-GLP regulations, policies, and procedures.
Perform general data entry, document imaging, and administrative tasks.
Provide Lender/Servicer customer service support regarding accounts
Process Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy cases
Procure information from insurance companies via telephone
Process tasks and update insurance information in LoanServ
Issue payments to insurance companies
Work and import Correspondence in the Electronic Customer File
Prepare global systems notes and document them in Sagent
Research accounts and provide resolution.
Procure information from insurance companies via telephone
