Senior Business Development Representative (Bdr)
We are looking for a senior business development representative (bdr) to join our commercial operations team. This role will report to the business development manager and be responsible for three key areas: prospecting new accounts/ scheduling meetings that turn into opportunities; sales support for pre determined enterprise accounts, and being a team lead for other bdrs. The ideal candidate possesses strong customer service skills, works effectively in a cross-functional environment, and is eager to learn and solve problems quickly and efficiently. A key strength is their ability to conduct thorough research on prospects, identifying subtle details that others often miss. Finally, this individual is ambitious and looks towards having a strong future in sales or bdr management, as they will have an amazing opportunity for guidance and mentorship here at hinge health. what you'll accomplish work directly with enterprise regional vice presidents of sales (rvps) to develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects work with sales reps to create/edit decks, complete administrative activities for a set list of enterprise accounts that allows our rvps to focus on closing deals be a strong team lead, requiring thoughtful daily coaching and mentoring educate our prospective clients on the value of hinge health through personalized emails, phone calls and other targeted outreach conduct client and industry-specific research leveraging linkedin, prospect websites, ai chat tools, etc. build a strong relationship with our marketing department basic qualifications bachelors degree in business administration or related field three+ years of experience in sales, sales support, sdr/bdr, must have understanding of b2b and b2c sales process and techniques three+ years of experience in project management and working with cross functional teams three+ years of experience with salesforce, outreach.io/salesloft, 6sense, highspot, linkedin sales navigator, zoominfo, microsoft office suite or similar software and tools one+ year of coaching or management experience preferred qualifications analytical (data-driven): conduct research to identify appropriate providers that align with the new product strategy coachability: willingness to learn new strategies and always curious to learn ways of improving self and the team. creativity: eager to personalize messaging and take the effort to understand the nuances between our lines of businesses and our prospects in non standard approaches ability to pivot: can rapidly change strategies and tactics in order to accommodate our business needs mentor: wants to be a trusted advisor and mentor to their colleagues compensation this position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits.
