Order Entry Associate
IQ Resource Group is seeking an Order Entry Associate in Oshkosh, WI. Ideal candidate is comfortable with Microsoft Office and has experience in an office setting. This is a temp-to-hire position that is paid weekly! This position is primarily order entry which consists of importing and entering orders into the system and updating info/data as needed. Responsible for following up with the warehouse or supplier on open past due orders and making updates/notes in the system. Update information for items on back-order. Enter tracking numbers and update status in system once orders have shipped. Will also perform data entry into Excel. May serve as the backup for the Customer Service Representative which would involve more customer communication (both email and phone). Qualifications: Must have strong comfort level with computers, the ability to perform data entry in Microsoft Excel, and be comfortable working within Microsoft Office. Must have a strong attention to detail, strong organization skills, and the ability to manage and prioritize workload.
