Service And Sales Representative
Wage: $20/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm If you're the kind of person who can chat with customers one minute and calculate square footage the next, this job is your sweet spot. You'll be the friendly face at the front desk and the sharp mind behind precise estimates - ideal for someone who's mechanically curious, detail-driven, and great with people. Service and Sales Representative Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner Provide customer service by greeting walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through available services Prepare accurate powder coating quotes using measurements, pricing guidelines, and customer specifications Calculate square footage and other basic measurements needed for pricing Enter and manage customer orders in internal systems Maintain accurate records and assist with general office tasks as needed Communicate lead times, pricing, and updates clearly with customers Collaborate with the production team to ensure orders are accurately documented Assist customers with motorcycle and car parts when identifying or discussing coating needs Uphold strong attention to detail and mechanical common sense in all customer interactions and quoting tasks Service and Sales Representative Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Preferred working knowledge of one or more: Excel, QuickBooks, Access Database Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate square footage Strong mechanical aptitude; ability to understand parts, processes, and customer needs Helpful knowledge of motorcycle and car parts Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and professional demeanor Preferred prior experience in a customer-facing role Preferred experience in manufacturing, powder coating, automotive, or related industries is a plus Preferred strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
