We are seeking a Bioprocessing Sales Specialist to lead technical and commercial support for OPUS Prepacked Chromatography Columns across our established and rapidly growing bioprocessing customer base. This role will leverage deep chromatography expertise to drive OPUS adoption by supporting customers and field sales teams throughout the full sales cycle, from early technical engagement through post-installation success. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert for OPUS, partnering closely with Business Account Managers, Product Management, Quality, and R&D teams to position OPUS prepacked columns as a scalable, high-performance solution for downstream purification workflows and to ensure continued alignment with evolving customer needs. Responsibilities
Partner with Bioproduction Account Managers to drive revenue growth and achieve or exceed sales targets for the OPUS PD and LS prepacked chromatography column portfolios, including associated chromatography resins Develop, manage, and expand strategic relationships with key accounts, serving as a trusted technical and commercial expert for OPUS columns and Repligen resin technologies Maintain accurate and timely sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management in SFDC Support field sales execution through customer visits, technical presentations, and on-site technical discussions focused on OPUS columns, resin selection, and downstream workflow optimization Clearly articulate the value of integrated purification solutions, combining Repligen chromatography resins, OPUS prepacked columns, and Artesyn Chromatography systems to deliver scalable, end-to-end workflows Contribute to the development of sales tools, technical content, and collateral that highlight resin performance, OPUS scalability, and total cost-of-ownership advantages Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a Sales Specialist or sales role Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific (e.g., biology, biochemistry) or engineering (e.g., chemical engineering) discipline 5+ years of experience supporting downstream purification in development or manufacturing environments within the bioprocessing industry, including hands-on exposure to chromatography unit operations Prior experience using CRM tools, including SFDC Experience with Sales Navigator Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with strong attention to detail Demonstrated ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with customers and partners Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a global, cross-functional team Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate customer schedules Ability to travel up to 65% domestically, with occasional international travel What Repligen Offers

The estimated base salary range for this role, based in the United States of America is $160,800.00 - $190,000.00. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to an individual's qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission) and eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package. We offer a wide range of benefits such as paid time off, health/dental/vision, retirement benefits and flexible spending accounts.
