New Home Sales Consultant

Location: Statesville, NC (North & East Charlotte Suburbs) Employment Type: Full-Time (W2) True Homes is the largest privately owned homebuilder in North Carolina, known for quality homes, exceptional value, and a people-first culture. We offer a personalized homebuying experience and a clear career path for driven sales professionals. The New Home Sales Consultant role is the starting point of our sales career path. You will begin by supporting sales activity across multiple communities while completing training and gaining experience to eventually lead your own community. This role is ideal for high-performing sales professionals who want a long-term career in new home sales. Welcome and engage prospective buyers in model homes and sales centers

Guide clients through floorplans, community information, and financing resources

Handle early sales conversations and set qualified appointments

Complete consistent follow-up and document all activity in CRM

Maintain a clean, professional, retail-ready model and community space

Capture photos, videos, and stories that highlight community life

Participate in sales training and professional development

Conduct basic competitive shops to understand market trends Active or willingness to obtain a state real estate license

Three or more years of sales or client-facing experience

Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills

Ability to work weekends and some evenings

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance

High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred Average Annual Income: 150,000 to 300,000+ Benefits include:
