We're hiring a Leasing Associate that is dedicated, personable, and passionate about helping people find their perfect homes. Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Monday 9:00am - 6:00pm, Saturday and Sunday 10:00am - 5:00pm Location: Sawyer Trail Apartments What We Require: A high school diploma or equivalent Computer literacy Proficiency in preparing Word documents and Excel spreadsheets in addition to property management software is preferable A minimum of two years sales experience, hospitality or property management background preferred Yardi Voyager software experience is highly desired Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws What You'll Do: Warmly welcome visitors and help match them with their ideal apartments Clearly explain community policies to prospective residents Engage with both prospective and current residents throughout the day, ensuring they are informed, supported, and satisfied Serve as an ambassador for the community by showcasing amenities and promoting a positive living experience Take pride in helping individuals find their new homes and contributing to a thriving residential community Demonstrate professionalism and excellence in every interaction Learn a Little About Us: Tarragon Property Services Tarragon Property Services is a leading company in the property management industry, with a strong focus on providing exceptional services.
